Log into your Hestia account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
